Donation of your land to The Environmental Conservancy may bring you significant tax credit, possibly up to the current appraised value. Contact your accountant to discuss, and if you choose to move forward, we will handle the donation paperwork at no charge to you.

What is a Bequest?
A bequest is the giving of personal property or financial assets such as stocks, bonds and cash through the provisions of a will or estate plan. Bequests can be made to a non-profit organization such as ours.
